Datasive consolidates all data from the world on a platform based on graph database and artificial intelligence engine. we gather data from all countries in the world, and publish to all users who want to use it for data analysis, intelligence or machine learning.

DATASIVE  is seeking an Open Data Sourcing Manager to join our team. As an Open Data Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and sourcing high-quality open data for our business needs. You will work closely with various internal teams to identify data needs and develop strategies for sourcing and managing open data.

Job Description

your do what we call data sourcing for datasive platform

• your identify data relevant for the platform and our users
• your  enrich our catalog with those data
• you post those data and ensure that indexation and search engine work well

you use different data portal, and google search to get those data, you check if those data are not in our datbase, you use our catalog which ingest data thanks to web scraping or API connection automatically, then you add the cataloging depending on what we should add to improve the searchyou test the search engine and train the AI to improve search in natural language.you get feedback from our users to improve our search experience, and prioritize impovmentyou monitor the ingestion engine.Depending on your skills and your wishes, you can contribute to our growth activities.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and source high-quality open data from various sources
• Develop and maintain relationships with open data providers and vendors
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify data needs and develop strategies for sourcing and managing open data
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of open data by performing quality checks and data validation
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field of open data sourcing
• Develop and maintain documentation for open data sourcing and management processes

Your experience

Depending on your experience you will get more responsabilities in our team, you can apply as trainee or with 5 years of experience or more, it is open.your background will be about data and passion of new innovative product, you can be graduated from a business school, enginee or a lawyer it doesn’t matter.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0 to 3+ years of experience in open data sourcing and management
• Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate and prioritize data sources
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Familiarity with open data standards and protocols
• Experience with data management and quality assurance processes
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
